PROCESSING: 

Processing time may vary based on the size of order. Your order should be shipped in 1-2 weeks from the date you placed your order. 

SHIPPING: 

Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S. For inquiries to ship outside of the U.S. please email us at timbermadeco@gmail.com.

RETURNS: 

We hope you love your new handcrafted items, in the case you have any issues with your products please contact us with any questions/concerns at timbermadeco@gmail.com.

We will accept returns on any defective products within 14 business days of delivery. For inquiry about any other returns contact us at timbermadeco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving to returning your product. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return items. We will not accept returns due to natural color variation in wood/metal as that quality is noted on the product listing. 

We do not accept exchanges. Feel free to return item within the designated time-frame & place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Our product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage to items during transit. Please inspect your package for any dents, holes or signs that it has been tampered before accepting it. If you product has been damaged please email us at timbermadeco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Your information will be exclusively available to Timber Made Design Co. & our trusted affiliates.
